The EXACT team

The EXACT team of Research and Consulting is structured in the following departments:

Quantitative research (2 research teams each led by a project manager)
Qualitative research (1 research team led by a project manager)
The Data Gathering Department (80 interview operators specialized in communication by phone or personal face to face communication) constantly monitored by 2 supervisors, all being constantly coordinated and trained by the department head)
The IT Department (1 IT specialist that supervises the operation of electronic equipment and implements modifications in the CATI, CAWI and Perceptual Recorder software applications)
