Online consumer satisfaction study

The online consumer satisfaction study is appropriate for the businesses where there is a direct relation with the client.

ADVANTAGES:
- the study may be constantly monitored by the client, providing it with daily statistics obtained based on the completed questionnaire;
- given it is an online study, the errors entered by the “kind” respondent that tries to spare one’s feelings, especially when asked by an operator, are thus eliminated;
