A series of aliments, clearly not recommended by the nutrition specialists are invisible to public opinion, as negative impact on health: white bread, conserves, pasty (under 3% mentions for each one of them). The majority of persons listed only 3 aliments that have to be consumed very rarely because they impair the health.

The most known benefic aliments for health are, by order, the fruits and vegetables, the chicken and fish meat, lactates (milk, cheese).

The chicken meat and lactates may become unhealthy if excessively consumed, if they are too salty or if prepared by frosting. These aliments are under no circumstances supportive conditions of health. Contrary, the very important aliments for a healthy diet have a low visibility, below 7% spontaneous mentions: integral grains, with their most important derivate – dark bread, non mineral water, honey, olives oil or the green salad/ vegetables. The healthy nutrition is seen as adopted by people in extraordinary conditions: if they are ill or if they want to get thinner and less as a general condition for a normal, common life.
- The women, up to 44 years old, consider that the healthy nutrition is adopted by the people that want to get thinner, and the men consider that the healthy nutrition is for the people with different diseases.

- The persons of 45-60 years old consider that it is necessary the time and information to adopt a healthy nutrition and these products are not found in the great stores.

The most known rules to observe at preparing in a healthy manner of aliments are: steam cooking or boil cooking and avoiding the frosting (over 40% spontaneous mentions for each one of them).

This is, as a matter of fact, the most common reason. The second as frequency of mention is the need to be a good Christian, to keep the order of Church or of the priest, meaning the need to conform to a prescribed, external religion (52% of mentions). The purely religious motivation, which signifies the internalization of external prescription – spiritual fulfillment/ completion – was mentioned by 25% of the persons that hold the fast.
