Video eyes Mystery Shopping

A video shopping session follows the same steps as the ones in a usual mystery shopping process, based on a questionnaire.

The mystery shopper shall ask questions, shall initiate a series of conversations based on the pre-established scenario and at the same time shall focus the recording camera on some elements specific to the establishment.
The video equipment should be hidden very carefully so as not to deform the employees’ behaviour and should be easily handled by the mystery shopper.
